Note: Our rates are based on bookings for the Super king Bed (1-2 people). Should only 1 person require this bed, an additional charge of $75 per night will apply for the extra bed.

Easter and Labour weekend: This is a 3-night minimum stay for long weekends.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations within 7 days of arrival, the booking fee is non refundable

Cancellations made within 7-14 days of arrival, 50% of the booking fee will be refunded

Cancellation made within 30 days of arrival, will be refunded in full.

HOUSE RULES

No parties or loud music. 

Host reserves the right to ask the guests to leave for any inappropriate behaviour before the end of the stay.

Guests to inform any damage to the hosts promptly.   Guests maybe charged for any serious damage to property.

No smoking or vaping in the tents

Guests may be charged an additional $80 cleaning fee, if premises are left in a condition beyond a normal clean.   

PETS:  

No pets allowed.   As much as we love animals, we have livestock around the vineyard, so it is not suitable for visiting animals.
